If an unexpected error occurs in our program, the photo book creator may ask you to send us an error report. Please fill in your email address and click on "Verzend rapport" to send it to our IT department. They will use it to improve the next version of the creator tool. The report will not be answered by our customer service agents but we can find the error report, see what the issue is and try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
We do need your email address to find the report, so please make sure you fill that in before you send the report. After that, contact our customer service team and we will try our best to help you out!
